  It should be no stars but was unable to leave that.I ordered a bouquet as a gift to be delivered to a friend,the majority of the flowers by the next morning where totally dead.I telephoned the shop and the lady I spoke to 3 times (whilst waiting for owner to ring me back) said she was unable to deal with it .it had to be the owner.Finally got to speak to the owner Stuart who was beyond rude and extremely obnoxious. His customer service skills where non existent.He refused to refund the money ,although he did offer to replace them,which I did not want,as her birthday was last week and ruined by sending her dead flowers,so did not want more. He totally contradicted what his staff had said for the reason why the flowers could have died .Will never buy flowers there again.To top it off,the day before my daughter had run into the shop to tell them that a man had just stolen 2 large bunches of flowers from outside,the staff members reply was ' well theres nothing I can do about it ! ' not even a Thank you ! The shop needs serious customer relation training ,but what hope do the staff have with such a rude boss ! oh and some FRESH flowers.

  Dear Peaches & Herbs, Thank you so much, you kindly delivered an order that l had placed via E-florist, for Mother’s Day. To be completely honest l was scared that they weren’t going to arrive as l had booked for Saturday, and l heard from my sister that they hadn’t arrived, but they did later today, my mums loves them. Sometimes we only look to the worst and forget to give credit where it is due. So thank you once more for your service it is greatly appreciated from all sides. Best wishes, Michael
